Job Description :
The Marketing Specialist assists or manages projects across core marketing areas. This role is key to helping the entire marketing team execute projects, communication, and campaigns effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for the distribution of all external and internal corporate communication through various mechanisms, including email, system-generated campaigns, and newsletters.
- Lead sales enablement through the execution of campaigns across multiple channels in partnership with the sales teams.
- Update content across external and customer websites.
- Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter, etc.)). This includes but is not limited to, social media account management, campaign creation, posts, and monitoring account activities to drive site traffic and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics associated with lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
- Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications, recommending actions and next steps.
- Work with leadership to continually improve campaign awareness and process integration with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Document procedures, processes, and workflow and recommendations for continuous improvements in efficiencies.
- Create, distribute, and maintain internal corporate and external presentations.
- Support the event manager as needed for local, internal, and national events.
- Assist human resources and other departments with the execution of surveys.
- Assist as needed with graphic and video editing and customer webinars.
- Other duties as required.
Required Qualifications :
- Associate degree or higher in Marketing or Communications is preferred, or the equivalent.
- 2+ years of corporate or agency marketing and communication experience.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency with HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, and/or Pardot applications a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that include strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, and planning and leading initiatives.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized. Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools a plus.
- Hospital operations or healthcare IT experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of market research, surveys, data analytics, and standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Ability to establish supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives.
- Must be flexible with a “can do” attitude and can remain professional under high-pressure situations.
- Ability to retain and protect confidential material.
