Associate Customer Success Executive
The Associate Customer Success Executive is a supportive partner to assigned MEDHOST customer(s) focused on building loyalty and improving customer experiences to ensure long-term customer retention. The Associate Customer Success Executive provides support to the Customer Success team and customer providing solutions, information, and assistance with sales activities, customer education, and issue resolution.
• Understand the customer’s opportunities and challenges well enough to make timely recommendations for necessary software or solutions
• Work directly with the customer account teams, if assigned, to assist with communication, solution demonstrations/presentations, meeting preparation, onsite activities, etc.
• Research, prepare, and distribute reports and analysis as directed
• Utilize Salesforce.com (and other sales tools) to perform updates, monitor key metrics, generate reports, update forecast, and produce amendments/quotes
• Manage information requests from various people within the organization and from the customer
• Monitor and assist MEDHOST collections teams in efforts to collect outstanding account receivables
• Actively engage in activities to increase personal knowledge level of MEDHOST products through internal education, mentorship, 1:1 meetings with leadership or other department SMEs and leaders
• Maintain up to date shared knowledge documents and databases (for example, customer listing, price books, key customer summaries)
• Assist with special functions as requested
• General Administrative duties as assigned (including: preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and taking meeting notes)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel on occasion
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must possess the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms (including excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills)
• Must be flexible with a “can-do” attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations
• Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and able work independently with a sense of urgency
• Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, customers, partners, and corporate management
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to retain and protect confidential material
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
